Eligibility
The contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter or win. The contest is void where prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with. The contest is not open to employees of Zabba Designs.

Entry
To enter, all required fields on giveaway signup form must be completed without error. If any method is taken to gain an unfair advantage in winner selection (as determined by Zabba Designs), said entrant will be removed from the current month’s drawing entirely. Furthermore, if deemed appropriate by Zabba Designs, said entrant may be removed from, and considered ineligible to participate in all future contests and giveaways.

Winner Selection
Within one week of the conclusion of each giveaway, Zabba Designs will select a winner at random from the pool of entrants. The tool used to randomly select each month’s winner has passed rigorous tests for true randomness, including the current industry standard, the test suite recommended by the US National Institute for Standards and Technologies (NIST).

Winners
Winners will be contacted directly for confirmation of eligibility and shipping address. If said winner does not reply within two weeks (14 days), their prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected. By entering the drawing, you grant Zabba Designs explicit permission to disclose your name and city if you are selected as the winner.

Prize
The winner of Zabba Designs Giveaways is eligible to win only the prize outlined by Zabba Designs for the contest entrant registers to win. If the prize outlined has become unavailable, an available, in-stock item of equal or lesser value may be substituted (subject to approval of Zabba Designs). Prize may not be returned unless proven to be defective, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash in part or full.
