We currently only ship in the United States
What type of payments do you accept, and how secure is my information?
We accept *PAYPAL, visa and MC at this time, through our Secure SSL check out. Your information is always safe with us, no personal information is kept on file. Your information is encrypted through our personal SSL check out system, that way your credit card is never revealed. PayPal is also the safer, easier way to pay.

The best way to make an order is to place it directly online. If you are having difficulty, please do not hesitate to call our office during business hours for assistance. Feel free to email us or call us if you are having difficulty placing your order. We offer custom made so if you need clarification you can email or call us and we will be happy to help you.
The tracking number states that my order was delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do?
Please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Please be prepared to provide them with your tracking number. After speaking with the shipping carrier, please give us a call to document the situation and to assist you in recovering the lost package. Where are you shipping my order from?
Your order will be shipping from our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our website guarantees your order will leave our warehouse within 2 business days from the date it was placed. Once shipped: Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days / Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days Note: When the billing address does not match the shipping address, ZabbaDesigns.com has the right to hold your package until verification has been made. Please read the section for further information. Any orders over $100.00 will have insurance.
How Can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The email will contain the shipping service used to send your package as well as the tracking number. You can visit the website of the shipping service used(USPS.com or FEDEX.com)UPS.com and enter the tracking number to check on the status of the delivery your package
What if the item I just bought can't fit me?
Please check your measurements carefully and see what size the garment is available in before purchasing. A measurement chart will be provided for some category of clothing, and instructions how to measure. Every designer has a different measurement. eg: your size 10 may be a smaller size or a bigger size depending on the designer. If there is no stretch in the garment, pay attention to the measurements if listed or feel free to email sales and one of our reps will be available. Most of our garments is made in the USA so the measurements will be USA sizing.
Return items must be in original condition with tags, and if you decide to return your item after purchasing because it's too big or small you will be responsible to pay for the shipping fees. we have a 15 day return policy.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Before shipping our staff checks each item carefully pack it to prevent damage. If for any reason you receive a damaged, dirty, or defective item, please let us know immediately and we will replace the same product if it's not one of a kind. Please return the DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEM BACK TO US. Once we receive the item we will give you a credit for the shipping fees.
What if my package is stolen?
Zabba Designs is not responsible for stolen items, if you think your item may get stolen then you should let us know in advance so we can register the item to you so only you have access to your goods, or have your package held at a UPS or FEDEX STORE.
What can I or Can't return?
Refer to Question 14, you can return an item if it's damaged, defective, dirty. You can't return worn undergarments, perfume, body products, cosmetics etc., earrings, cut fabrics or any garments already worn.
Can you do combine shipping?
Yes we can. We understand that you want to save so in order to combine your shipping give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer any discounts?
We run sale promotions daily. Our items are discounted already because there is no middle man for most of our products. Our products are the best quality at the best price.
Is there any free shipping?
Yes, if you purchase $50 or more there is free shipping in the USA only!
If you are not sure of your size go a size up from the size your normally go for.
